I wanted to edit my print order after I sent it. I emailed right after I caught the mistake & it took 48 hours for someone to respond to me after multiple attempts. They told me it was too late & the ink had already hit the paper….but, had they responded sooner I could have fixed it. After my paper order shipped, they sent me a 40% off discount code. But I had already placed the order, so no use for it….
