I have been looking for Lab grown…
I have been looking for Lab grown diamonds (roughly 5 ctw)for an engagement ring between several different companies for the past few months in addition, needed a very specific setting (Pave Cathedral). Found a quality stone with Brilliance (E, VS1 Ideal cut) that was less expensive than several other companies (Zales, Blue Nile etc) Found the specific setting I wanted as well. Was close to purchasing but unsure when I was contacted by Scott from Brilliance (via texting) and he was able to work with me to get specifically what I wanted at a fantastic price. Really excited to have such personalized Customer Service in the communication style I prefer. Looking forward to receiving the ring and getting engaged. Thanks to Scott P and Brilliance for making this a Great Experience thus far!
