It was much more than order online and wait. They communicated regularly letting me know when the order would be shipped. I appreciate their QAQC as they identified an anomaly and the diamond and then offered a replacement in which I needed to verify before they would place the stone in the setting. The end result is my fiancé is extremely ecstatic with the product or the ring and that’s really all that matters.

I’m giving 3 stars because I’m not happy with the setting. The photos show a hidden halo with diamonds almost as big as the diamonds on the band. When I received the ring the diamonds on the hidden halo and on the prongs are very tiny chips. I paid $3,000 for the setting alone and I’m very disappointed with the size of the diamonds because the photo is extremely misleading. It shows 4 decently sized diamonds on the right and left side of the diamond creating the hidden halo on a 3 carat emerald. I bought a 5 carat emerald and there are 12 extremely small chips on either side creating the hidden halo. If you look at it from normal distance is just looks like a metal halo with no diamonds. It’s very hard to buy from companies like this because they do not send you live photos of the progress or what the diamond or setting looks like. The diamond itself looks good and sparkles. It’s the setting I’m not happy with.

I absolutely love my ring that I designed on brilliance. I spent a long time looking and comparing and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger the process could not have been easier. Beautiful product. Ease of shipping and even the coupon I was offered during the sales process were top notch.

Overall was pretty good experience. What I found a little frustrating is the customer service representative did not provide much help or ideas or input they seemed to be there to just ensure payment and tracking. I had different ideas of what I wanted and there wasn’t an ability to mock it up and getting quotes for custom ideas came at a long delay. Once I decided on a ring it and it came I was happy with the product and she gets compliments on it all the time. Last bit of advice the expedited shipping fee is a joke, don’t do it. It doesn’t expedite that fast

We started our journey with their design team and worked with Peter. We went back & forth on the importance of the cut, clarity and color and he helped us decide what was best for the style and also the budget. Peter responded quickly via text and phone calls and he’s very professional and was very easy to work with. We contacted customer service via emails and phone calls regarding invoice & shipping changes, etc… they always responded immediately & they were always very pleasant and helpful. The ring took about 3 weeks to arrive but customer service was really good about letting me know when the ring was at a different stage in the process. Otherwise the ring is beautiful and I know they took the time as the quality is outstanding. I have received many compliments on my ring.
