1 word. KEVIN. He treated me like I was his family member selecting rings. When I say he went above and beyond I truly mean it. He was available via chat and cellular and kept me updated the entire buying process. He provided tips and gave his opinion while not overshadowing or influencing me from what i initially set out to purchase. It was not a 1 day selection process, he worked with me throughout multiple days. He taught me things and ensured that I will have a true masterpiece in a few weeks to present my bride-to-be. Searched high and low for the perfect ring. Finally stumbled upon brilliance found the exact cut of the diamond that I wanted and the setting that was beyond gorgeous. Wanted a lab created diamond for 1 million different reasons and they had such a large assortment they were affordably priced. Literally took my breath away when I received the ring. 10 out of 10 recommend.

If i can give 0 stars then I would. Customer service is terrible. Sent me a damaged engagement ring. After multiple calls of trying to rectify the situation I decided to bring the ring to 3 local jewelers. All 3 did not know each other but had the same opinion, the ring was NOT safe to wear because the diamond can fall out. More calls I finally get ahold of customer service. After back and forth I ask what my options are for return because they aren't willing to fix it properly nor change anything on the ring for it to last as it should. I get told I will not get a return but store credit and I will loose part of the order value in nonsense. No help in fixing a damaged item sent to me and just worried about money going back in their pockets. DO NOT BUY FROM BRILLIANCE. Half the reviews that are positive are not even real. This company pays people in an Amazon gift card for a positive review. I am dealing with the better business bureau to see how they can help me with this situation as well.
