Overall was pretty good experience. What I found a little frustrating is the customer service representative did not provide much help or ideas or input they seemed to be there to just ensure payment and tracking. I had different ideas of what I wanted and there wasn’t an ability to mock it up and getting quotes for custom ideas came at a long delay. Once I decided on a ring it and it came I was happy with the product and she gets compliments on it all the time. Last bit of advice the expedited shipping fee is a joke, don’t do it. It doesn’t expedite that fast
