Bad experience
Unfortunately the hair spray helper did not work for me. A hair care specialist informed me that the spray alone would not grow my hair back and that I needed to take supplements. I told him I cannot swallow capsules and he informed me that the supplements were very very tiny and easy to swallow. So I agreed and he ordered me a 4 month supply. When I received the bottle I discovered that they were regular sized capsules. When I tied to call it would disconnected and tell me to email. When I tried live chat no one picked up and no one ever responded. Eventually an email was sent via customer service. I told them the hair specialist lied to me and I wanted my money back their response was that I should be able to take them. Unfortunately I cannot. It took several emails requesting my money back before they relented. Trybello has high pressure sales tactics and if you are experiencing problems, getting ahold of a person can only be done through email. Getting a refund will be problematic and will take a lot of your time and patience. If you have more than one spot to treat, the bottle will not last a month. This product feels fraudulent and a scam. Would not recommend. Although the spray advertises that it will grow new hair the trybello hair specialist stated it would not. I could not get a customer service rep to state that the hair helper will grow new hair. No matter how many times I asked they used canned language saying they were sorry my experience was not agreeable.
