Customer service was wonderful! We were experiencing an issue with a steam unit failing, and there were issues with warehouse distribution of replacement units initially with some of the customer service. However, when reaching out to their business chat on social media was able to connect with somebody who advised me that despite the initial lengthy delay of it being a replacement unit that would come in potentially 6 to 8 weeks, they were kind enough to go ahead and send me an entire unit as a repeat customer to solve the issue in the short term. Above and beyond versus most that deal with customer service these days! I will be a long-standing customer for a while based on this interaction and I’m already considering a permanent unit in my next home due to its positive impact don’t hesitate to reach out to them if there’s an issue, they will always solve it for you! Oh, and do have to mention that I’m a huge fan of the actual unit itself obviously. I’m using it twice a day and loving it!
