Poor quality
I've been a customer with this store for 8 years. In September I ordered a dress from them that looked like it would fit me during my pregnancy. However it wasn't as giving as it appeared so I was not able to try it on when it arrived. However I like it and kept it for after the pregnancy. Since delivery I tried it on and it fit however when I went to unbutton it, the seam split (not the stitching, the fabric beside it gave way). I contacted them letting them know it was defective and since they still have that dress in stock I asked if they could replace it since I haven't worn it and there was no way for me to know the fabric was defective since I couldn't try it on before. They said sorry but since I waited longer than 3 days past the delivery to let them know, they wouldn't do anything. I'm fairly disappointed since I've been a regular customer and have previously referred others to them as well and they are refusing to stand by the quality of their products or make it right in this case. If it had been worn even once I would understand but given that they still sell the product, mine still has the tags on it, and the fabric was clearly defective, I'm disappointed they won't stand by the quality of their clothing and make it right.
