MISSING over $700 worth of hair!
I just purchased $700 worth of extensions, I requested a signature on arrival! Unfortunately i received an email saying it has been delivered whilst I was not home… when I got home the parcel was missing… I had never signed for it! Even though I specifically requested it be signed for during checkout! When I contacted the company, they refused to help me at all! Currently going through a PayPal dispute and will be contacting the Australian consumer protection authorities. Customer service is atrocious… highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs! If I could give 0stars I would! Edit** the company only refunded me after I made a claim through PayPal… which Bellami still tried to fight!! So not take offers of “store vouchers” for not even the full amount they owe you whenthis company makes mistakes… they try and trick you to do so rather than actually refunding you!! Such an un trustworthy company that tries to scam you out of your money when they stuff up. Never again will I purchase from this company.
