I got 4 drones from HOVER Air
I got 4 drones from HOVER Air, the X1, ProMax, Mini Falcon and finally the Aqua. It is a relatively small company with very complex products, and there were always some flaws in the beginning. But I always was among the very first backers, so I knew about such risks. When there was an issue, I wrote detailed emails to HOVER, and I got always fast and precise answers. Hardware issues were resolved by fast exchanges of the concerned items, and meanwhile all software issues are resolved as well. I wanted to use the Aqua in a vacation in the beginning of May, but regular shipment was scheduled for end of May. HOVER arranged an express shipment just for me in time for my vacation without any extra charge, and I really appreciate that. So from my personal experiences I can now recommend each of their products without any limitations. They are doing a great job.
