Beware when dealing with this company
Beware when dealing with this company. The salesman guaranteed I could cancel without penalty. I've had the service for over a year now and had constant problems with the system. Plus the system they installed seems outdated compared to other companies. I tried to cancel and they are charging for the 2 years left on the contract even though I'm not happy with the service. Plus they are using tactics to make cancelation difficult, I have to wait until they send the cancelation by mail and they only accepts payment by mail. The whole process will take around a month which is ridiculous!
