The clothing is CHEAP and far too overpriced for the quality. Additionally, I made an order at the end of March and didn’t get the entire order until MAY. The return process is also very tedious. Customer service is laughable. They don’t offer real answers or adequate solutions. They clearly do not care about keeping customers. Sucks for them because I love to shop. We’ve been emailing since April with no resolutions besides offering me discounts after I’ve clearly stated I will not be shopping from your company anymore. Or offering partial refunds to keep the cheap clothes. I’ve asked for return shipping costs to be covered since your site says you offer prepaid shipping labels with no success. I don’t know what DMing is going to do.
