Received wrong product
Placed an order for a set of 6 delta 8 disposable vapes. I received the order on 4/28 of a set of 6 THC-P disposable vapes. I immediately chatted with and emailed about receiving the wrong products. Was told on 4/28 that a shipping label was being sent to my email for a return slip so that I could return and get refunded for their mistake. It is now May 13th. I have emailed back and forth with someone EVERY DAY since May 1st. I still have not received a return shipping label although they claim multiple have been sent to the same email address that I’ve been communicating to them through. I’ve checked my spam/junk, inbox, trash and also checked for attachments in the original email chain. This company is ridiculous. I will definitely be disputing these charges with my bank and letting everyone know how their company operates.
