Terrible!!! I’ve ordered four times and this is the second time Binoid DID NOT SHIP MY ORDER. I ordered, received an email that my order shipped, checked the tracking 7 days later; AND ORDER HASNT EVEN BEEN DELIVERED TO POST OFFICE, 7 DAYS LATER, AND I PAID $8 EXTRA FOR SHIPPING LOL. Now I’ve spent my money and placed my order, and again, a week later and my order hasn’t even shipped! I’ve sent about 12 emails to BINOID with One response saying they’d look into it and nothing else after that and after more emails from me requesting info. Don’t waste your money, they may not send you your order. Again, THIS IS TWO TIMES OUT OF FOUR ORDERS THEYVE DONE THIS! I order from many online companies and this is the only one where this happens. Not a legitimate company!

Best cannabinoid/legal weed company I've come across thus far. They can sometimes be hard to find, but all products seem to have lab testing results to view. I've purchased a variety of items, gummies, tinctures, and other edibles. They seem consistent and work well for what they are. Not as potent as the actual thing, but their prices + discounts tend to be enough that it doesn't matter. I once had a tincture break in shipping while I was out of town. Even thighs I reported this outside their time frame to do so for replacements they still sent me a new one free of charge anyways!

Would give zero stars if possible-this company is a scam: I ordered and received a message that product was shipped. Weeks later, product still has not arrived and tracking shows they just printed the label but never mailed the package. Had to report the purchase as fraud and dispute the charges.

Placed 2 orders July 16th and 17th showed waiting .I contacted them the 21st bc I still have nothing. They reply with no orders for me on file. I sent all the info showing they took my money and posted marked it. Still nothing and the will not respond to my emails now. I have contacted my credit card company and I'm calling the BBB on them. This isn't right. At least a response would be appreciated.

Everything went well until I actually got the product. When I opened the package half of the oil was spilled out which made it hard to even get the cart out of its own package. On the website the reviews said it tasted like you were eating a sweet cereal much like cinnamon toast crunch. This is far from that and the after taste that it leaves in your mouth is terrible. I have never wanted to throw something away more than this. 0/10 I will never buy from here again. IDK if its bc I'm used to Cali clears, ace, boutiq etc but this is gross and made me want to throw up

This company sucks, their product is very low quality, and despite all their false advertising, the ingredients are very harmful to you and does not compare to a real high. They fill their disposables with unknown chemicals. Their customer service is nonexistent, and you will definitely receive your order at least 14 days after you made your purchase online despite what you choose for shipping it’s all the same

Ordered from Binoid. Watch the tracking of the shipment. Once it said delivered, I started questioning the company. They instructed me to file a lost claim with the USPS. I did that and nothing. In my opinion this is Binoid’s fault. I would not recommend them.

I am ok with the product but the last two orders I received I was charged more than my receipt and I got no where with the 'customer service'. They also had the nerve to charge me $6 for very slow delivery, which was supposed to be free. If they nickel and dime their customers like this they should be out of buiness soon.

I didn't receive my package. Not only did I pay for priority shipping, but it took 6 days to arrive—and on top of that, nothing arrived, even though the tracking number says it was delivered. This service is garbage. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
