Crypto payment not reflected properly, support delay
I completed a crypto payment for my order on Z2U (using Triple-A as the payment method). The transaction was successfully sent on-chain with a valid TXID, and funds were transferred to the provided wallet address. However, the order remained marked as “UNPAID” and was not automatically recognized by the system. I had to submit a support ticket and provide both my transaction reference (CEH-728815-PMT) and TXID for manual verification. The main problem seems to be delay or failure in automatic crypto payment detection rather than the blockchain transaction itself. This caused confusion because the payment was confirmed on my side but not reflected in the order system.
