The absolute worst customer service…
The absolute worst customer service ever! Wanted to modify an order, which is do-able within the first hour as mentioned on their website. I sent a request to modify the order minutes after I place the order. Never heard from anyone until a day and a half later. Was told order was in the shipping stage and probably not able to change it, and I'd be notified with an update. That was 4 days ago and still haven't heard back after several more emails to attempt to get information. And the USPS tracking indicates the order in Pre-shipment. SO frustrating and unprofessional on their part.
