Response time was quick and helpful. Our service rep Bohdan had efficient solutions, was helpful, and had fantastic follow up to ensure our questions and needs were met. This is the first year our program is using squad locker. We are a large program and have been running online stores with other companies for years. None of whom were easy to deal with. So far, I am very impressed with the level of attentiveness squad locker has given us so far. We are looking forward to a successful store this year!
