I paid for a grill assembly with Sam's..they contract through Angi. Got an email confirmation of date and time...assuming someone was coming. No show. Used chat to contact angi- was told they couldn't find anyone for the time they had set up. It was rescheduled for 2 days later. I used chat 24 hrs in advance to confirm appointment--still no one to assemble. I canceled the assembly and requested refund. I will never use angi service again! Poor communication, lots of apologies and acknowledgement of frustrations, but no resolution.
