Hi called Rex MD customer service this morning and had the sincere pleasure of speaking with Chris. I desperately needed to cancel my prescription refill order that I made about 2 days ago through the patient portal online. Chris was so calm and understanding and professional and calmed my concerns right away. He cancelled my subscription for refills right away and assured me I wouldn't be charged and explained that when I am ready to resume the medication it will be easy and all I need to do is call back in. I am having the worst week of my life and this interaction gave me hope that my week will turn around now. Thank you so much Rex MD and Chris.
