The absolute worst customer service…
The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life. This was my family’s first and definitely last time ever using Angie’s List for anything. The level of incompetence is honestly impressive at this point. We ordered a TV with “next day delivery” and “next day installation,” yet somehow a full week later the job still hasn’t been completed because apparently nobody there has the basic intelligence to send out a technician. Every single person we spoke to sounded completely clueless about what was even happening in their own system. We kept getting bounced around in circles listening to excuse after excuse while nobody actually fixed the problem. It’s not a complicated engineering project — it’s mounting a TV. Send a technician and do the job people already paid for. If this is the level of professionalism Angie’s List considers acceptable, then nobody should trust them with anything remotely important.
