The fees they charge are extemely high compared to the other Debt Relief Programs. I found Beyond Finance to be the best. ClearOne will charge you a bi-weekly fee and Legal Team fee. They will settle the lowest debt first and the other debts they will require you to add additional funds ($100-$500) extra each month to settle another debt. If you have another debt and they settle you will need to submit additional funds ($100-$500) extra month again. Instead of a low monthly payment of lets say $500, in a matter of months you will be paying over $1k a month.
