Allan who helped me with my many questions and purchase in Customer Service was great! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient. Looking forward to the day my new mattress and Rizer are delivered and set up! Until then I cant comment on the mattress itself yet but will update. I researched and compared a lot and think I made the right choice. Thank you again Allan for thoughtfully answering all my questions.
