I didn’t realize rail ninja is a scam until it was too late and I had already booked my tickets with them. Not only do they charge a huge up charge, they simple… did not issue my tickets? I was charged immediately but never got tickets. I reached out to customer service but quickly realized I was emailing with a chat bot — I kept being reassured my tickets were being issued but would respond and say I still hadn’t gotten my tickets only to get the exact same response. They’ll charge you, not issue your tickets, and have no real customer service. Scary that companies like this exist.
