Gabriella and the others I spoke with seemed to be very sincere and explained the process thoroughly. They recognized the dire position we were in and made me feel that we had a chance to get relief. My only concern was that I kept getting passed around from one person to another until I got to Gabriella Martinez who I communicated with solely for the ongoing process. She kept me informed going forward and helped me understand where things were headed. She was reassuring in her manner and calming. I very much appreciate her customer service abilities.
