Unprofessional Support and Unpaid Labor
I am writing to express my utter disappointment with Angi's support and payment policies. I accepted a 2-hour Walmart assembly task, but upon arrival, there were 11 items instead of the estimated 4-6. Following your own help center guidelines, I obtained customer approval and worked an additional 2 hours to complete the job. When I contacted support to add the approved time, I was told it was impossible, and the agent abruptly ended the chat while I was still speaking. This level of disrespect toward service professionals is unparalleled. I completed the work in good faith based on YOUR documentation. I demand the additional 2 hours of pay I earned and a formal apology for the dismissive treatment by your staff. I will not tolerate being treated as disposable labor.
