Flimsy Materials
Flimsy Materials, zipper does not close all the way. Poorly made. I immediately decided to return the bags as soon as I received them. (I ordered the leather look duffle bags) Saw the zipper problem and how cheaply it’s made. Company does not honour their return policy. I sent the pictures of their bags I wanted to return along with the reason I want to return them. Got generic emails from them stating that my return request is being reviewed. It’s been over 2 months and they never sent me a return label to return the bags. No refund. I’m stuck with these cheap bags and I’m out $190. Not a trustworthy company. Don’t waste your money like I did.
