The IT team (especially Rob) make SimpleTexting extremely easy to navigate. I need have to worry about if my questions will be answered and if it will negatively impact my team. It is super simple to access and my problems are always resolved in 5 minutes or less. Now Rob even anticipates my question, and I can't express enough how nice that is!
