Beware you don’t get refunds for paying in advance if you decide to switch companies
I’ve been a loyal customer for several years.
My booking software now has a texting system and I just inquired about getting a refund for unused credits. I pre-pay for the year and I’m a heavy user so it was over $700 that we paid in February. I was just told that I am unable to get a refund for unused credits which I find is bad business. I will be dumping them the second that my credits are used up and will probably run some texting campaigns to burn through it faster just to put this behind me.
Another issue with SimpleTexting is when I use talk to text it repeats everything that I say at least twice so then it is a pain to have to go back manually and correct every time they blame my phone my phone does not do this with any other app.

I tried Twilio before SimpleTexting. Big headache and zero support (only an unhelpful AI) unless you pay $250 for a support plan. SimpleTexting was very helpful & went back and forth with me a few times until I got the regulatory language right for API access. I can recommend SimpleTexting.
