The support team are realIy experienced people - I wish every Internet-based service worked as well as SimpleTexting. For no-code automation fans, there is a Make module ready-to-use. I use ST for charter school enrollment marketing and it's been a game changer. Their WebUI and mobile app make it just as easy to manage broadcast SMS as it is to engage one-on-one (which we do, often). The office staff was able to use the SimpleText inbox with no training whatsoever.
