Here is the REAL Review From a Parent's point of view after two months. What works well: GPS web login only. Screen Capture Remote Photo Surround Sound recording. Where this software fails, and frankly, this matters. 1 - The GPS doesn't allow me to update it on the IOS app. So, if I need to find my daughter, I have to bring my laptop. Works great on the web, but the app falls very short. 2 - Message Monitor - Clearly, this is important to all parents and is a large part of why we purchase this. It sucks. If your child sends RCS or iMessage as texts (virtually all texting is either of these), they are not picked up. So you are left with nothing but "Your DoorDash is on the way" or those horrible political texts. It's a key function, at least for me, that is oversold at a criminal level. 3 - Keylogger - Okay, so the messages can't be seen, so the keylogger can do it. false. I can text with my daughter and not see anything in the keylogger. Again, a key feature that works 20% of the time. Before they respond, let me say this. I reached out to them about this issue. The response was to restart the device. It works for a few days, then stops working again. Who restarts their device all the time? No one. Especially a 16-year-old girl. It's decent enough, but it's frustrating to not have access to what is sold to us as parents. Key features that are important for safety and peace of mind.
