Don’t trust shipping date
Ordered a hoodie for Mother’s Day and paid $30 for express delivery and went back and forth about the design and when I finally was able to get the design confirmed I was told that it wouldn’t be able to arrive on Mother’s Day and would be 1-2 days late and I was more than understanding , 5 days later and I’m still waiting on my order. What’s the point in paying extra for express shipping and talking with a representative if I can’t believe anything I’m being told. If it does ever arrive it doesn’t give me a strong sense of confidence in the quality or care.
