What was really great was the speed at which we received the approval. However what was not good was the fact the website said the fee was 20 pounds UK and while I used a UK debit card with TSB, I was charged 103 poundsUK! Do not understand this. The 20 pounds seeed reasonable as a Canadian friend of mine paid 10 pounds last year so 20 at this time seemed OK!
