Very disappointing experience with Cymbiotika UAE. A refund was sent to a bank account that does not support incoming international transfers. I provided: * Official bank policy * Bank statement Despite this, the company keeps repeating that the funds “left their account” while refusing to properly escalate the matter with their bank or provide a proper SWIFT recall resolution. Weeks later, I still have not received my refund. Extremely stressful and unprofessional handling of a simple refund case.
