Please do not be fooled by all the 5-star reviews. Based on my experience, I honestly question how genuine some of them are. I ordered from this company and received products that looked completely different from the pictures on the website, including defective items. I returned everything exactly as received and even had to pay for the return shipping myself. Now they are refusing to refund my full payment of $172.80 and are only offering me $81 in store credit. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I strongly recommend saving your money and shopping elsewhere. What’s even more concerning is that they asked me not to file a dispute with my credit card company, which makes me believe other customers may have had similar issues. I will definitely continue fighting to get my full refund back.
