Absolutely NO tech support
Absolutely NO tech support. If you ever get a response they ask for all sorts of data then never reply. I have contacted them for three problems with five MPPT controllers. I cannot paste copies of the multiple email wherein they requested serial numbers of the units, receipts, photos of my solar panel serial numbers, battery labels, constantly questioning WHY I had a question for them. The problems are: #1 MPPT parallel charging DOES NOT WORK. #2 Though manual says battery charge parameters can be "User Defined"the units are deciding what boost and float levels will be. #3 i only wanted to know the maximum AWG size if cable the units would accept but fir all three questions above after many requests from PwrMr there was No Final Response. PwrMr just contacted me via "the backdoor" as they called it to get my name and "reference number", (which I nor you will ever receive). I will amend this review IF I ever get contacted by them. TrustPilot would be more trustworthy if they checked out some of these businesses themselves rather than implying that if I didn't respond to the PwrMr support team bogus request for "more information" that my complaint is not valid. This is theur style, just keep asking for the same information until you guve up. We will see I will give it another few weeks.
