Good customer service
I ordered my outfit 21st of April and have been told it has been lost on delivery. I paid extra for it to be quicker but nonetheless nothing has happened. I was disappointed as was looking forward to receiving the outfit. They have since rectified an issue and refunded me, which I deeply appreciate. Customer service interactions have been efficient and any issues solved promptly.
