I worked with Samuel over at PITS and he was great. He kept me updated on what the process would be like and gave an estimate of what it would cost. He was able to give a timeframe and stick to it. Data recovery is not cheap, but Samuel provided value that made the entire cost feel worth it. My data was fully recovered.
