Asst store mgr Carolyn has great customer service along with her beautiful smile.
Today a young lady named Carolyn who is the assistant store manager walked up and introduced herself to me and my grandchildren. She made my day by just acknowledging me. The store manager never speak to anyone who shops at 230 Tom Hill Sr Blvd, Macon, Ga. 31210 location. Her smile and her customer service is what got me to write this review. She will be a great asset to this store. I know the associates will love her and her personality. She seems very professional and eager to grow the store. Again I am pleased to welcome assistant store mgr Carolyn to our community. Now with that being said, please tell your store manager he needs to develop better relationships with the customers and his team members who work at this location. A simple hello goes a long way but being a grinch doesn’t. This store manager walks past me all the time and he never speaks or look at you to see if you need any help. Good customer service goes a long way. It can make or break you. Thanks for listening. I am a shopper who shops all the time at this location and I see what I see.
