Update 5/26 - I still have not received a response to my emails nor have I received my refund despite the canned response provided here by the company. I went against my better judgment and ordered producta from this company. I returned my products immediately upon receipt, jumped through all of the hoops in place, used UPS for proper tracking, emailed copy of tracking and receipt and have followed up with the company three times since but have not received a response regarding my refund. The items were unopened and unused, I changed my mind based on some very scary reviews. They were responsive before and outlined their very strict return policy but now that I am inquiring about my refund, no one has responded to me despite contstant follow ups. Stay clear of this company or be prepared to deal with a lot of hassle. I will be reporting them.
