I called a technician to fix my refrigerator last Sunday, having found him through your recommendation. The technician came, took a look, identified the problem, and charged $525 for the service—yet nothing changed. The refrigerator still isn't working. I asked him to come back and see what was going on, but he refused. Consequently, I have contacted another technician, and I want my money back. If this does not happen, I will pursue other avenues.
