Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Try on dress service is good and efficient. Quick delivery and simple returns. DON'T BE FOOLED - THE SAME SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED WHEN YOU BUY DRESSES OUTRIGHT. I made the mistake that the process would be the same. It's not. Dresses took SO long to arrive (came from China no doubt) that the event was over by the time they did eventually arrive. And returns were costly and complicated. Customer services were incredibly unhelpful providing cut and paste responses and very unclear, misleading and ambiguous communication. Less than helpful. Such a shame as the try on service was so good. But as a result of my most recent very poor experience with customer services I now will never use this company again unfortunately.
