Xyryl Jade Remollo was so very quick to see my account had an error cycle and helped me resolve it. Also understood my concern about not knowing likely delivery date as I am trying to travel very soon. I really appreciate knowing Xyryl is checking on my behalf to see when my prescription is actually fulfilled and shipping! What a great customer care team member! Best Wishes, Norma
