Something’s up in Portland
Have used reship for years and loved them. The UK branch is especially awesome. Something is up in Portland, however, over the last year or so. They used to be quick and efficient. Now, shipments take days to be booked in and then up to a week to send out. It’s all quite stressful. Paying for gold membership doesn’t get priority, for sure. The help desk people are nice and appear proactive, but nothing gets through to the warehouse.
