I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by this insurance company. I have never in my life been made to feel like I was being accused of fraud until dealing with this situation. The experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly very upsetting. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I felt judged and treated unfairly without proper respect or understanding. Being questioned in a way that made me feel dishonest was humiliating, especially when I have always tried to do the right thing. I understand insurance companies have procedures to follow, but the way this situation was handled lacked professionalism, communication, and compassion. No customer should be made to feel the level of discomfort and anxiety that I experienced. I hope this company improves the way they communicate with and treat loyal customers in difficult situations.
