Do not use their online shop
Their online shop is completely unusable. Every time I try to order something, it cancels due to a "Technical Issue" but it won't explain what that means. I have tried five times to order a simple item and it emails me saying its cancelled and yet shipping at the same time but then never goes through. Completely useless, I will never be using it again and I recommend others do the same unless they want to be frustrated.
