Terrible Service and Policies
Booking 3638109740 Avoid this travel service at all cost. They are scammers ! I mistakenly used their website thinking it was Finnair as it showed up in a Google search. Stupid of me. They tack on a lot of charges. I could not add additional baggage through their website or through Finnair. Customer service also could not add baggage. I used their website thinking chatbot and inquired about cancelling the flights and it informed me I could only get half in refund inspite of my flight being almost fully refundable. I understand the extra services can’t be refunded but not the airline fee. It then mistakenly went ahead and Cancelled my flight. I was informed of this by email. So now I’m short €1,700 and hopefully can get back half. They are scammers ! I booked the same flight using Expedia and for the same price got a fully refundable flight and 2 extra checked in luggage plus priority boarding etc.
