Ordered 7 shoes from Nike Italy…
Ordered 7 shoes from Nike Italy official website worth 685€. Only 5 arrived, and most were wrong size, wrong color, defective, and incorrect models. Returned all 5 items exactly as instructed. Nike refunded only 1 item and kept the remaining 685€ issue unresolved. Warehouse clearly received the return package, but customer was left without products and without money. Very disappointing experience from Nike Italy. Order Number: C01582954927 Order Date: 8 May 2026 Return/Refund Initiated: 14 May 2026 / 19 May 2026
