Incompetent service, extra charges, endless delays, and constant excuses with no proper solution
My experience with ZenMarket has been extremely poor, and I will never use their service again. I originally requested the purchase of 13 units of the same item. ZenMarket only processed 12 correctly, which forced me to place an additional order for the missing unit. In other words, I had to pay an extra fee just to correct a mistake that was not mine. What followed was even worse. That additional order was left pending for around a month with no clear shipping date, while I kept receiving contradictory explanations. At different points, I was told that one unit was missing, that the seller had only sent 12, that the extra unit was from a different seller, and later that they were still waiting for an update with no estimated shipping date at all. The most frustrating part is that, after all that waiting, they even suggested cancelling the extra order. That is absurd, because that order only existed in the first place to correct their own failure to complete the original order properly. What makes this even worse is that, during this whole mess, I placed another order for exactly the same item from the same seller through another proxy, FromJapan. That second order was placed later than the ZenMarket one, and yet FromJapan processed it immediately, received it in their warehouse at once, repacked it properly, shipped it, and I already have it with me. Meanwhile, ZenMarket was still keeping me waiting for the supposedly missing extra unit, with no real solution and no clear date. So this was not just a matter of “seller delay.” It was a clear example of poor management, endless waiting, and constant misleading explanations. Overall, the experience has been one of disorganization, wasted time, extra cost, and zero effective resolution. I still do not have all the products I have already paid for. I absolutely do not recommend ZenMarket.
