UK - DONT ORDER!!!!
I didn’t want to believe the 1 star reviews- I NEVER write reviews. After all their emails landed in my junk due to the constant ‘flash sale’ crap that you receive from them I was told that ‘they didn’t have the materials to make my dress’ like what?? It’s a £70 dress I’m sure it’s not being tailored and hand made so please don’t over sell yourselves in your communication. Anyhoo- obviously I expected them to follow this strange email (use of sad emoji faces etc) with so ‘we will issue you a full refund’ nope, instead store credit has been offered? So to be clear, I ordered a dress that was showing ‘in stock’ got my ‘order confirmation email’ the a week later they don’t have the materials to make my dress and rather than just offering a refund they have suggested that I take a stab at ordering something else they may/may not have in stock. Eughhh don’t bother UK girls, dresses look great and website easy but ultimately it’s one of those sites you don’t want it to be and you never get your order. Then you have to waste your time getting your money back if they even return it. SO ANNOYING. Order number #82948 and I’m UK based.
