Great equipment and satisfied problem customer….
First off, I have to admit that I am a “problem” customer. That said, RTS Tactical has went above and beyond to help solve the problem that I myself created. They now have a customer for life. Now, that might not mean much when you consider the fact that this equipment is so well built. Chances are I won’t “need” to replace this stuff for a long, long time…if ever. To me, that makes their customer service even more impressive. Buy their stuff, you won’t regret it…BE FEARLESS!

Ordered a complete carrier kit (Active Shooter), paid in full, then nothing. I reached out, was told it was on backorder. No mention of this when ordering, very disappointing. Still waiting after three + weeks. Seems like an integrity issue when you take people’s money knowing that you can’t deliver the product in a timely manner. Hoping the actual product is better than the buying experience. To be fair, prior to learning my carrier was backordered, I placed another order a few days later, for pouches, which was shipped and delivered promptly.
